1. The Summer 2008 issue of the Synapse Newsletter is now available
in Current Issue as a PDF file.
Mission
Just as the synapse is the point of
neuron transfer between two nerve cells, this newsletter is intended to be the
point of information transfer between individuals dealing with PLS or HSP and
their caregivers. The focus of this quarterly newsletter will be on current
advances in medical research and treatment, regional meeting reports, calendars
of future meetings, help for caregivers and suggestions on how to enhance living
with our diseases.
